America Speaks! Historic 911 Rally Draws 40,000

Tens of thousands descended upon Ground Zero today to remember those we lost nine years ago, and to save the American principles of freedom that the sharia tramples. Crickets are chirping in taqiya media newsrooms nationwide (although they were all there). There has been no coverage. We organized a rally of remembrance that dwarfed the opposition. If the America haters had 4,000, we had ten times more. The media is playing the dueling rallies; it was no such thing.

The media pretends these people don't exist. It's criminal.

We will be heard.

Why do they feel the need to lie so blatantly if their cause is so just? It's not like they even stretch the truth a "little", they freaking lie through their teeth and then wonder why people think *everything* they say is also a lie. To say nothing of how stupid the people who *do* believe them must be.

But anyway since we all know that morons that put on these things can't count over 23 anyway (fingers, toes, eyes and nose) here are the other estimates of the crowd size.

Both sides drew large, boisterous crowds with about 3,000 pro-mosque demonstrators marching from City Hall to the Federal Building and 2,500 anti-mosque protestors rallying near the controversial Park Place site of the proposed Islamic Center.

Competing demonstrations have been held in New York on the anniversary of 9/11 over plans for an Islamic cultural centre close to Ground Zero.

Hundreds of people attended both demonstrations which became heated but passed off without violent incident.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-11274010

Geller said the NYPD and security at the rally told her about 5,000 demonstrators were there. But NYPD spokesman Sgt. Kevin Hayes said the police department's policy is to not provide crowd estimates and that he could not confirm Geller's number.

CNN iReporter Julio Ortiz-Teissonniere, who attended the rally and sent photos to CNN, said the number was closer to 200-300 while he was there for the first 45 minutes of the event. All three said the protest was peaceful.

Lower Manhattan on Sunday was at a fever pitch with supporters and anti-supporters voicing their opinions over the mosque/cultural center that is set to be built roughly two blocks from Ground Zero. The weather would not deter hundreds of passionate individuals on both sides from being in New York

Unlike members of the tea party/conservative movement, moderates and progressives do not believe that some areas of the nation are more "pro-America" than are other regions, and we do not self-righteously wrap ourselves in the flag and indignantly proclaim that patriotism is a character trait exclusive to those who share our points of view.

No. They're just foolish enough into placating evil, like some did with Hitler. And don't forget the re-writing and/or editing and/or poo-pooing of the horrors of Lenin, Stalin, Pol Pot, Hamas, or al-Qaeda. Yeah, placating Hitler and Stalin worked really well (/sarcasm). "Only" 100 million were murdered.

The First Amendment protects "tea party/conservative" free speech -- and just because someone doesn't agree with you doesn't mean that they're abusing the American flag. "Progressives" have burned our flag, and had the right to. Carrying a flag or being patriotic, or standing up up against something you disagree with isn't illegal.

It's just like the Mohamed cartoon "controversy." The "progressives" and media allies are so terrified by terrorism (the burning down of Danish embassies or Theo Van Gogh getting his throat slit in downtown Amsterdam) that they're hiding under their desks, thinking they'll be spared death-threats... Or that if the terrorists do take over, they'll be left unharmed. So they get out their Neville Chamberlain pens, and pump out cowardly sophistry.

According to CNN, the anti-Ground Zero mosque "protest was peaceful. Human rights advocates, politicians and families of 9/11 victims addressed the crowd." Conversely, pro-Ground Zero mosque "protesters" carried acrimonious placards stating, for example, "The attack on Islam is racism" and “Tea Party Bigots," according to the Associated Press.

Yep, the self-righteousness of the smug thugs. Always shouting down and mocking dissenting views. They accept no other views. They're growing more obnoxious as the left's support plummets.

So they were both peaceful... but one group had what you consider mean signs. Oh the horror.

"Progressives" can get away with carrying placards showing the swastika "equal" to the Star of David, and only the ADL covers it. But rags with huge circulations like the Washington Post provide platforms for extremists like Tariq Ramadan to make wild claims about "...the rise of Islamophobia in America."

Enough with the double-standards -- which are in fact horrific.

Meanwhile, Rauf now says the site isn't hallowed. I suppose his opinion is more meritorious than those who lost someone. AP reports he claims he's looking for a solution to the furor the notion has created. Well, he created the furor. Are we to believe he was clueless? I'm inclined to think he knew precisely how divisive this would be; I think it was deliberate. He knew there would be an uproar.

Rauf's a bonafide Islamist who denies the 911-Islamism connection and apologizes for Hamas terrorists (listen to him on tape at that link). The contractor he's hiring to build this "community center" has a past that includes assaults, prostitution, and drunk-driving. This is all meant to "honor" the 911 victims? Pure nonsense.

He knows he has a sharpened stick (our freedoms) and he's poking us in the eye. Straight from the Islamic terrorist playbook. A swell fellow, indeed.

(We're converting to fiber optics here and until that's done, things are too slow for video, etc. I wish they'd hurry up; prelim installation is done and now we wait.)
